Why won't my remote work with JukeDock?
First, check that the remote is functioning properly by trying to control your stereo directly. If the remote is working, try programming JukeDock with a variety of different remote buttons to see if any of them will work. It is not uncommon for manufacturers to disable certain buttons in certain modes and with trial-and-error you should be able to find ones that work. If not, please visit our website for more assistance and support information.
I just docked my iPod and tried to play it, but it doesn't turn on? Is my iPod or my JukeDock broken?
If an iPod has been completely drained it will not operate until it has recharged a minimum of battery power. Try again after a few minutes and it should work fine. If not, dock your iPod with the original iPod cable and if it still doesn't work, contact Apple. If it does work with that cable you should visit our website for support information.
Why won't my iPod won't play music while synced with my computer?
When the iPod is mounted on your desktop (Mac or Win) for syncing with iTunes it is not able to play music through its line out audio connections. With certain software/iPod combinations you can play music on your iPod through your computer, but this is using the iPod/JukeDock USB connection.
How do I clean my JukeDock?
The outside of JukeDock is a high quality, glossy plastic that over time may accumulate fingerprints or dust. It can easily be restored to its factory shine with a clean, soft cloth, such as you would use for cleaning sunglasses or a computer monitor. Be sure the cloth you use is free of anything that may scratch JukeDock.

The bottom of JukeDock is a special silicone pad that over time while accumulate dust and debris which reduces its effectiveness. A clean, damp cloth should remove any residue and restore the pad.

The iPod backstop uses a specially engineered material that will help hold your iPod in place. If it has stopped ÔgrippingÕ your iPod first insure the back of your iPod is clean. Then, if necessary, clean the backstop by taking a piece of scotch tape and applying and removing it several times. This will lift any dirt or oils off the backstop and restore its gripping ability.
Why can't I see my video on my TV?
First, verify JukeDock is connected properly (you can download the manual above), then verify your entertainment center components are in the appropriate settings (ie, TV is on the right input) - it is quite common for one of those o fix the problem. If everything is setup correctly, verify your iPod is a model that can output video. If so, finally, check that your iPod is set to redirect output from its screen to the Video Out for you to view video on your television. We recommend you set the iPod to 'ask before each video' whether to use its screen or the video out. Consult your iPodÕs manual for how to enable this feature.
How do I program my universal remote to work with JukeDock? Do I need to find my original remote?
Nope. If your universal remote is already programmed for your stereo then simply follow the directions in the manual as if you were using the original stereo's remote.
