My shuffle does not sync/charge when plugged into the DecoDock?
- Disconnect the DecoDock, and plug the shuffle into the same port on your computer that the DecoDock was plugged into. Does the shuffle work now? If not, then your problem is most likely with either the shuffle or the computer, not the DecoDock. Also, verify that you're using a powered USB port (the USB ports on some keyboards are not typically powered, and USB hubs without an external power supply usually won't work either).
I can't play my shuffle when it is plugged in to the DecoDock!
- The iPod shuffle, unlike its larger siblings, does not support playing music through its USB connection, whether it is plugged in to a dock (like DecoDock) or directly into a computer.
One or more of the columns is dark and not lit up. What do I do?
- It sounds like a component has failed. If you purchased your DecoDock within its 1 year warranty please contact customer support to arrange for repair or replacement.
