We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and provided the unit is in good working order we will make arrangements to refund you the original purchase price, minus any original shipping costs. We pay for the shipping back to us for the return. Normal processing times, including ship times, averages 1-2 weeks.

If at any time during the warranty period of your product it fails to operate or perform as promised, please contact us to discuss troubleshooting, and if appropriate, to replace the unit at our discretion and cost.
