What we guarantee
All of our Pressure Drop Limited products carry a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy. Other Pressure Drop products, except those offered as part of clearance sales, carry a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy. Items sold under clearance (>60% off) are not eligible for return because of their deep discount.
How it works
At any time during the period of our guarantee as outlined above, you may contact us for a refund of the original purchase price. We will issue you an RMA number and email you a FedEx label for you to use to send the item back to us. We'll review the item to verify it is still in good working condition, and if so we'll refund you as described below.
What we refund
If eligible for a refund, we will submit a credit to the credit card you originally purchased the product with. The amount will be equal to the price you paid for the item only, and will not include any shipping costs incurred in the sale. We will pay for the item to be shipped back to us.
The time it takes
Normally the entire process as described above will take 1-2 weeks, mostly dependent on email response times between the customer and Pressure Drop staff as we sort out the details of the return.
Warranties
If at any time during the warranty period of your product it fails to operate or perform as promised, please contact us to discuss troubleshooting, and if appropriate, to replace the unit at our discretion and cost.
