JukeDock

the heart of your home entertainment experience
Will JukeDock work in Asia/Europe/Australia?
Yes, JukeDock's power supply is a universal 100/240 Volt, 50/60 HZ which means it should work just about anywhere. JukeDock ships with a US-style plug so make sure you have an appropriate outlet or adaptor before ordering.
Can I dock an iPod in a case inside JukeDock?
There are too many case materials, dimensions, and styles for JukeDock to officially support docking an iPod with a case on.
Can I turn JukeDock's lights off?
Absolutely. We know JukeDock's cheery glow can be a bit distracting while punching your fingernails through your couch in the midst of a scary movie in a darkened room. You can either program your home stereo's remote to turn off the lights, or press the Mode button on the back.
How big is JukeDock?
JukeDock is 5.6" wide, 2.9" deep, and 7" tall.
How bright are the lights?
We designed JukeDock to be right at home in your entertainment center, which means we had to balance our lighting levels to be enough to be seen during the day but not light up the entire room at night. We feel it illuminates at a comfortable, friendly level, but how 'bright it seems' will be highly dependent on your room's lighting. We recommend you locate JukeDock away from direct spot lighting or streaming sunlight to insure its colorful arcs are always visible during the day, and if it seems too bright at night simply turn it down to one of the other 3 brightness levels.
Can I plug my headphones or computer's speakers into JukeDock?
At this time JukeDock does not support playing music through headphones or directly to un-powered speakers as it lacks the necessary amplification circuits. Any powered speakers that can accept an RCA audio connection, however, should work.
How do I program my universal remote to work with JukeDock? Do I need to find my original remote?
Nope. If your universal remote is already programmed for your stereo then simply follow the directions in the manual as if you were using the original stereo's remote.
What holds my iPod in place? Is it secure?
Thousands, maybe even millions of microscopic suction cups are employed to grab and hold your iPod while docked. In addition, the backstop the micro-suction cups are mounted on rotates in or out to align perfectly to your iPod, regardless of the model, capacity, or version (among existing iPod models- no one knows what Apple will do with subsequent model designs).
Can I sync to my computer and play music through my stereo at the same time?
When the iPod is mounted on your desktop (Mac or Win) for syncing with iTunes it is not able to play music through its line out audio connections. With certain software/iPod combinations you can play music on your iPod through your computer, but this is using the iPod/JukeDock USB connection.
